Is your child safe online?

Crimson Publishing approached me in 2010 in search of a ‘journalist parent’ with experience of writing about technology. I spent months interviewing a wide cross section of people including children and parents, the police, psychologists, teachers and headteachers, online safety moderators, games developers, security experts, victims of child abuse, regulators and more. It has been published in three languages. It dated quickly. Moshi Monsters, however, has survived.
